Harvest HOA Information
Our homeowners association is the number-one reason there’s always something good going on at Harvest, including hundreds of community events and casual gatherings that are expertly planned and managed by our award-winning team from FirstService Residential each year.
While you’re visiting us online, be sure to check out the virtual tour of Harvest Hall and our Event Lawn, the 11-acre catch-and-release lake, the Farmhouse, resort-style pools, community gardens, Central Park, pocket parks, trails, and more. These are just a few of the many areas that are meticulously maintained through your HOA fees. And don’t forget the benefits of having both a staff farmer and horticulturalist offering green thumb expertise, educating homeowners on environmental stewardship, and honoring our agrarian heritage.
In addition to the bountiful amenities and activities at Harvest, your HOA dues include Frontier FiOS TV (over 260 channels), Internet service (50/25Mpbs), and basic smart home functionality in every home (with opportunities to upgrade). HOA dues are set at $92 per month, of which $60 is paid to Frontier for FiOS TV and Internet.
