How many homes are in Harvest by Hillwood? Do you have move-in ready homes available?

At complete build out, Harvest will have over 4,000 home sites within our 1,200-acre community. Availability is constantly changing so we encourage homebuyers to visit the new homes tab of our website for the latest inventory status. Our builders offer quick move-in homes that are either under construction or completed and ready for move-in now. Visit our website to see what’s available for move-in ready homes.


Who are the homebuilders in Harvest by Hillwood?

Harvest currently has six builders offering townhomes, patio homes and traditional homes in a variety of styles and sizes ranging from the high $200s to $700s. Current builders include CB JENI, Coventry Homes, D.R. Horton, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, and M/I Homes. Visit the new homes page of our website to see each builder’s available offerings.


What amenities does Harvest by Hillwood offer?

Harvest has a wide range of unique amenities, but we are best known for the Harvest Farm, where residents can grow their own produce, pitch in to harvest community crops, share surplus food with the North Texas Food Bank, and deepen their agricultural knowledge through classes with our on-site farmer, Farmer Ross. For those who like to stay active, Harvest has four resort-style pools, two workout facilities, multiple sports courts, walking and biking trails, parks, playgrounds, and a catch-and-release fishing pond. Harvest also has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and unwind including Farmhouse Coffee & Treasures, the Back Porch, the Hall, the Event Lawn, the Front Porch open-air event pavilion and an expansive dog park. What types of events happen onsite?

Will there be schools located within Harvest by Hillwood? What schools are students zoned to?

Depending on the location of a home within the community, Harvest residents will either attend Argyle ISD or Northwest ISD schools. Harvest has two elementary schools located on-site – Northwest ISD’s Lance Thompson Elementary and Argyle ISD’s Argyle West Elementary. Where is the closest grocery store, hospital and emergency response services?

There is a Kroger Marketplace 8 miles from Harvest and Tom Thumb and Whole Foods are 11 miles away. A Fire Station is located within Harvest, and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital is 10 miles away. Check the location page of our website and our area map to see what else is nearby.


How much are the monthly Homeowners Association Dues?

Harvest’s HOA dues are payable semiannually, on January 1 and July 1, and vary based on your home’s lot size and location within the community. For the most current information, please visit www.harvesthoa.com and contact the HOA office directly.


Can you accommodate residents relocating from out of state?

Yes, we frequently work with prospects that are moving from out of state, and we also work with Realtors that have clients moving to Texas. Get a feel for Harvest through our virtual tours or schedule a visit with our builders or the HOA team next time you’re in town.
