
In Harvest, your homeowners association (HOA) not only maintains the amenities and landscaping throughout the community, but they are also responsible for the award-winning lifestyle program that Harvest families enjoy. Managed by FirstService Residential, Harvest HOA dues vary by location and are billed bi-annually. HOA dues also cover your Frontier internet.





Tim Mills, General Manager, brings more than 25 years of leadership and management experience. He has served as a Senior Association Manager, Portfolio Manager, and now General Manager for FirstService Residential. Tim provides exceptional customer service and possess relationship building skills that make him an asset to any property. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Tim as in hotel management with Marriott Corporation for 19 years.

Jerry Lui, Assistant General Manager, has spent the last 18 years in the hotel industry across various hotel brands including Westin, Kimpton, Sheraton, & Le Meridien. His last role was General Manager of NYLO Las Colinas Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, prior to joining FirstService Residential. Jerry brings a wealth of knowledge in guest services, operational efficiencies, and property management.

Katie Markham, Lifestyle Manager, brings a wealth of experience in community management and event planning. Previously serving as the Lifestyle Director at Wildridge HOA and Tournament Manager for the Annika Women’s All Pro Golf Tour, Katie has developed a deep understanding of building strong community engagement and executing high-level events. A proud member of the Texas A&M University Class of 2018, Katie holds a degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences, along with a minor in Sports Management and certifications in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, and Professional Event Planning.

Lexie Dickinson, the Office Administrative Assistant and Lifestyle Coordinator, brings experience in customer service and sales to Harvest. She is highly motivated and inserts positivity into every task. She is highly relational and enjoys building lasting relationships with residents, community leaders and stakeholders. Lexie enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, family and friends as well as her Corgi name Olive.

Harvest by Hillwood is located within two Fresh Water Supply Districts (FWSD), similar to water improvement districts. The FWSDs were created to provide and distribute water for residential and commercial purposes. The FWSD assessment is also collected in conjunction with property taxes by the county tax assessor.
The current tax rate for Harvest homeowners ranges from $2.0900 per $100 valuation to $2.4820 per $100 valuation; depending where in the community and what school district in which a homeowner resides.
