Harvest is excited to be moving dirt to create new home sites including a new line of 1-story and 2-story townhomes. New builders will be joining the line up and a new amenity center and pool are also in the final planning stages.
Growth is at the heart of Harvest’s mission and new homes for more families of all sizes are on the way. We recently broke ground on new home sites for some existing neighborhoods, as well as new townhome products.
Townside and Townhomes
Planned for delivery in December, with models scheduled for February 2021, Harvest is adding 102 home sites to our 40′ patio home neighborhood – Townside. In addition to growing this in-demand neighborhood, a new builder is joining the Harvest team. M/I Homes is a familiar name in the Dallas-Fort Worth homebuilding scene. A nationally respected homebuilder, M/I Homes has more than four decades of quality homebuilding under their belt. We are excited to welcome them to build alongside Highland Homes in Townside Phase II.
Also planned for the same time, Harvest is excited to welcome CB JENI Lifestyle Homes to create a new neighborhood of 1-story and 2-story townhomes. Located adjacent to Harvest Townside, the new townhome section will feature beautiful designs from Dallas-Fort Worth’s most recognized townhome builder. CB JENI specializes in building intimate townhome neighborhoods with designs for every lifestyle.
Nearing Completion
Harvest Meadows has been a welcome addition to the Harvest community offering a more affordable 50′ home for those seeking a master-planned community lifestyle. Meadows is entering its last phase of 220 home sites in December 2020. D.R. Horton and Highland Homes will continue to build beautiful homes for families in Northlake. Meadows Phase V is located northwest of the new Lance Thompson Elementary School.
Two New Phases
North of Argyle West Elementary School, a new phase of 50’, 60’, and 70’ home sites are planned for David Weekley, Highland, and Plantation Homes. Phase V will be located north of the Fire Station and Phase VI is across from Argyle West Elementary and along the central greenbelt north of Old Justin Road. Planned for delivery in Spring 2021, Harvest can’t wait to offer new home opportunities for families wanting a place to grow and thrive.
Pools and Play Space
In addition to the new home sites, a new amenity center is coming soon! The new Harvest amenity will straddle north and south of Old Justin Road in the central greenbelt. The south section will feature a dedicated green space and play mound for the kids in addition to a new open-air pavilion, complete with restrooms, for future events and activities. Construction will begin this Summer. The second half of the amenity area will include a new pool, fitness center, outdoor sports area, and a dog park. Although its planned opening won’t make the summer heat next year, it will be a new crystal blue pool for those polar plunge fans.
