Harvest is open to new home buyers and Realtors with your health and safety top-of-mind. Every effort to promote social distancing and sanitizing has been made when you visit. Before you come out, explore our new homes online and then call to make an appointment to complete the buying process. Our builders are ready to serve you.
Harvest, our builders, and our HOA are monitoring the coronavirus and COVID-19 situation and updates daily. We have implemented specific changes to our business operations with the health of our visitors and Realtors in mind
Model Home Visits
Our builders have begun limiting hours, closing models intermittently, and meeting with clients by appointment and remotely. Some of our builders offer virtual home tours and can meet with you by phone, online, or in person (by appointment) to complete your new home purchase. The sales teams of each model are wiping down model home surfaces, limiting visitors, and offering hand sanitizer to those who need it.
New home inventory is available and interest rates couldn’t be better to buy now.
Amenities and Lifestyle Program
The homeowners association has cancelled all HOA-sponsored events, gatherings, and activities. The lifestyle managers are encouraging our residents with fun activities they can do at home to entertain the family. All indoor amenities are closed to protect our residents and visitors. HOA appointments are handled by appointment only for residents needing keys or other HOA items.
Realtor Events
Hillwood Communities has cancelled all Realtor events and classes.

In the meantime, remember to wash your hands thoroughly (sing the “Happy Birthday” song twice), use hand sanitizer frequently or when soap and water aren’t available, wipe down surfaces frequently, don’t touch your face, and limit social interactions by promoting social distancing. Hillwood Communities and Harvest want everyone in our community to stay well.
