Harvest and our builders offer a number of ways to start the homebuying process from your smartphone or your living room. Models are open by appointment only, but our builders are available by phone, email, online, and in person (by appointment) and can handle much of the new home buying process remotely.
The Harvest website lists available new homes from our all builders in every price range and home style. Online new home shoppers can see home exteriors, floorplans, images, and videos before they contact the builder and streamline the homebuying process. When you are ready to see the home in person, some of our builders offer video tours or online interactive tours for you to walk through the home remotely.
Coming In Person
When it comes time to actually visit the builder on-site, our builders are constantly cleaning and wiping down surfaces between visitors, limiting the number of people allowed in the model at one time, practicing social distancing and hand hygiene, and offering smiles instead of handshakes.
Completing Your Purchase
Much of the new home buying process can be handled remotely. From phone calls and emails, to online review of design selections, and electronic contract signatures, many of our builders have ways for you to purchase your new home with minimal physical contact. Explore our homes and builders today and begin your new home journey now while interest rates are at historic lows and while new home inventory is still plentiful.
